1141 Steel
1141 is a resulfurized medium carbon grade of steel that provides strength and machinability but has only fair weldability. Most utilized in the cold drawn form to provide an increased surface hardness for aerospace, agriculture, and automotive applications.
Cold Drawn material typically meets standards for A108 spec applications.
